We offer this package as a gift certificate for last minute shoppers!
This is our fifth year in partnership with Salem Cross Inn. The Fireplace Feast is a wonderful seasonal event to be enjoyed by all who attend. We are a short drive (20 minutes) from the Salem Cross Inn. Pick a day you want to attend the Feast, than call us and we make all the reservations for you. You pick the room you want to stay in and this package includes your overnight stay at the Yankee Cricket Inn, and your dinner at the Salem Cross Inn and breakfast in the morning at "The Cricket". Special Note: Please note if a date is not shown the event is not scheduled or has been sold out.
Be advised all sales final as full payment is due at time of reservation and there are NO REFUNDS. Reschedules will be considered but only for this current season.

Fifty years!!! The Salem Cross Inn, our family run restaurant, has been in business for 50 years and we are thrilled! We have become known as the place to have a classic New England experience and we are famous for cooking with farm fresh ingredients, Fireplace Feasts, Historic Drover’s Roasts and our warm New England hospitality. Over the years, we have hosted such names as Mick Jagger, Julia Child, Ted Kennedy, Mickey Mantle, Joan Rivers, Charles Lindbergh and even Sesame Street’s “Big Bird,” to name a few. However, for us, our fondest memories are of the families that we have been lucky enough to watch grow from Family Sunday dinners, First Communions, high school and college graduations, weddings and life celebrations. Now after 50 years, we look back with fondness on this extended family and realize that we are blessed to have been a part of their life’s tapestry. We are proud to have reached this milestone in honor of our dad, Henry, Salem and our Uncle Dick, and look forward to keeping their vision alive by carrying on their legacy of family and traditional New England hospitality. So, take a ride to the country, join in the celebration, and raise a glass to the next 50 years!

Upon landing you can dine at one of our area's fine dining establishments in the Sturbridge Area and then stay at the Yankee Cricket Bed and Breakfast for a wonderful nights rest and a great breakfast in the morning. This is not your typical get-a-way package. You can expand it making it more special by your dining establishment choice and adding limo service from Worcester Airport Limousine. Coming this spring we will be offering bird walks on seventeen acres of woods for the enjoyment of our guests. Spend a morning or a quiet afternoon bird watching and walking along the trails, and than sit on our deck and enjoy the view while relaxing with some cool refreshments. Call us or watch for more information as we come upon the spring season and begin to enjoy the sunshine and budding woods around our Bed and Breakfast. We will be working with Bill and Nancy Cormier the owners of the Bird Store who will guide your group for the Bird Walks.
Enjoy Biking in New England? Try an Overnight at Yankee Cricket Bed and Breakfast and a new trail just cleared. Just a half mile from our drive on Five Bridge Road, The Brimfield Bike Committee and the Army Corp of Engineers has been working to clear the Grand Trunk rail trail and the New England Trolley Trail for Biking and hiking. The trail along the Quineboag River is a work in progress to connect with neighboring town trails and eventually expanding to a large network of rails to trails. While the completed work is a ways off, the side roads in the area offer the typical New England views and in most cases little or no traffic.
